Menindaklanjuti Undang-undang nomor 14 tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik dan Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi RI nomor 13 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Publik (SIPP).
Sekretaris Daerah Bagian Organisasasi mengundang 42 OPD untuk mengikuti Rapat teknis pengisian SIPP namun karena adanya pandemi wabah virus Covid-19 (Corona) maka Rapat dibagi dua tahap yaitu hari Selasa – Rabu, 12 -13 Mei 2020 pukul 08:00 WIB Ruang Rapat Staf Ahli Bupati, peserta rapat terdiri dari 21 Orang yang masing-masing dari OPD terkait.
Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kab.Demak mengikuti rapat pada Hari Selasa, 12 Mei 2020 bertempat di Ruang Rapat Staf Ahli Bupati sebagaimana yang sudah terjadwal. Mavikasari,SE sebagai Admin SIPP menghadiri Rapat tersebut. Adapun pemimpin Rapat Ibu Sulistyowati Bagian Orpeg Selaku Kasubag perundang-undangan.
Karena pada saat ini indonesia sedang terdampak pandemi wabah virus Covid-19 (Corona) maka aturan masuk ruangan pun berbeda yaitu di ukur menggunakan alat suhu tubuh, memakai Masker dan menggunakan handsenitizer.
Rapat berakhir pukul 11:00 WIB.
