Pada Hari Kamis, tanggal 20 Februari 2020 bertempat di Gor Bahurekso Kendal dilaksanakan POPDA Eks Karesidenan Semarang untuk Cabor Karate jenjang SMP/MTs, SMA/SMK/MA.
Masing-masing Kabupaten/Kota yakni : Kab. Demak, Kab. Kendal, Kab. Semarang, Kab. Grobogan, Kota Semarang, Kota Salatiga mengirimkan atlet pelajar terbaik terutama Kab. Demak mengirim 6 Atlet jenjang SMP/MTs dan 6 Atlet jenjang SMA/SMK/MA untuk Cabor Karate.
Kabar terbaru untuk hasil perolehan medali Kab. Demak pertandingan cabor Karate Yakni :
