Program Latihan Cabor Pencak Silat Persiapan POPDA Tingkat Karesidenan Semarang Tahun 2020

Cabang Olahraga Pencaksilat melakukan sesi latihan di Lapangan SMPN 5 Demak pada Hari Sabtu, tanggal 1 Februari 2020 untuk persiapan POPDA Tingkat Karesidenan Semarang yang akan dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Kendal sebagai tuan rumah. Para atlet digembleng dan dilatih maksimal sesuai kelas/nomor yang diikuti oleh atlet mulai dari atlet jenjang SMP/MTs dan atlet jenjang SMA/SMK/MA. Pelatih memberikan program latihan atlet dengan latihan fisik, latihan pertahanan, dan latihan menyerang untuk menumbangkan lawan saat berlaga.

Pelatih mempunyai harapan pada atlet cabor pencaksilat mendapat tiket untuk lolos ke POPDA Provinsi Jawa Tengah, maka atlet harus kerja keras diajang POPDA Tingkat Karesidenan Semarang. Jadwal Pencaksilat akan dilaksanakan di Gor Bahurekso pada tanggal 18-19 jenjang SMP/MTs dan SMA/SMK/MA.
