4. Video diterima maksimal tanggal 22 November 2019 pukul 23.59 WIB
5. Video berdurasi maksimal 3 Menit
6. Setiap OPD/UPTD wajib mengirimkan video
7. Peserta warga masyarakat Ber-KTP Demak, Pelajar di Kab. Demak, dan ASN/NON ASN yang bekerja di Demak
8. Peserta maksimal hanya dapat mengirimkan 2 (Dua) Video.
9. Video yang didaftarkan bukan hasil plagiat atau melanggar hak cipta yang terkait dengan pembuatan dan kepemilikan video yang didaftarkan
10. Video yang didaftarkan tidak mengandung unsur sara, pornografi atau kekerasan
11. Video yang dikirim menjadi hak milik panitia
12. Keputusan seleksi bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat
13. Peserta tidak dipungut biaya
